Latoya began her career in real estate in the early 2000’s witnessing the changing landscape of TCI Real Estate with her involvement in pre-construction sales of the many developments on Grace Bay Beach, luxury Villas, commercial properties, and vacant land.
During the economic slowdown in 2007 Latoya took respite off island by accomplishing other goals and then returned to the industry in 2020 as the real estate market was flourishing. With her past experiences and dedication, Latoya quickly became the Top Selling Agent, at another real estate company, garnering trust, and confidence from her clients striving to exceed their expectations by delivering quality service and attention to detail with every transaction.
As a resident of TCI for the past 26 years, Latoya brings extensive knowledge of the islands, people, and culture to our team at Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty as well as an ability to seamlessly navigate and productively close transactions for her many clients. Latoya acknowledges that her success in a large part comes from the positive referrals and relationships over the years which has consequently built her a solid reputation in communication, dedication, and transparency with proven results. Latoya shares her real estate knowledge serving as the member nominated Vice-President of TCREA and is committed to ensuring that the TCREA association brand is protected and held in high regard.
Outside of Real Estate Latoya is very community driven and serves on the Board of Directors of the TCI Red Cross, a Branch of the British Red Cross. As a First Aid Trainer for the Red Cross Latoya serves with pride while giving back to the communities of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
